So I thought about just picking between the 2 most popular plans they offer: GHI-CBP and HIP-HMO. Do I pick GHI-CDP or HIP-HMO? AFAIK, the only difference is that HIP has no-pays but requires PCP referrals, while GHI-CDP has co-pays but does not require PCP referrals. 2 comments

BUT everyone else I know uses GHI. I know their co-pays are pretty reasonable. Don't know what the payroll deduction is though. HIP has none.
